Annihilating caste

Caste is a system of graded inequality, not merely a collection of separate communities.

The idea

Because hierarchy is reproduced through social authority, custom and controlled relationships, reform cannot stop at kindness or symbolic inclusion. It must alter the structure that makes inherited rank possible.
